Comply Direct awarded IIP Health & Wellbeing Advanced Level

Comply Direct retain Investors in People Gold Standard and gain the Health & Wellbeing Award

We are delighted to announce that we have retained the Investors in People (IIP) Gold Standard and additionally awarded the Health and Wellbeing element of the standard for the first time.

Comply Direct was first recognised as an Investor in People in 2010 and with a successful review in 2013 achieved the Silver Award. In 2016, our 10th anniversary year, we were awarded the Gold Standard putting Comply Direct in the top 2% for world-class business performance through its people. Now in our 13th year, we are delighted to have retained the Gold Standard plus we have been awarded the Health and Wellbeing element of the standard for the first time, and have achieved the ‘Advanced’ level. With level indicators of 'Developed', 'Established', 'Advanced' or High-Performing we are elated to receive the 'Advanced' level first time.

Investors in People is the UK's leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business. It’s a simple framework to benchmark the effectiveness of leadership and management practices in any organisation.

The Gold Status was awarded to Comply Direct again following a detailed assessment by IIP through meetings, reviews, interviews and observation.

The report states: “Comply Direct has worked hard to create a strong organisational culture that has come about through purposeful leadership and a genuine collaboration and partnership with employees.

It was also the right time to come forward for the additional Health and Wellbeing award, with some great and motivational practices in place, which are genuinely making a difference to employees’ lives and creating a credible picture of work-life balance. It is without hesitation that an Advanced level outcome can be awarded .... its Health and Wellbeing offering, is already so rich and varied.”
