Shaping Regulation

The landscape of environmental compliance and sustainability is evolving rapidly, with significant shifts over the past five years, including the introduction of Packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (pEPR), Plastic Packaging Tax (PPT) and the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS). As further regulatory developments emerge across the sector, Beyondly remains a proactive and trusted partner, guiding businesses through times of change and uncertainty.

Beyondly's affiliations across the industry enable us to amplify our customers' voices. Through associations such as the Packaging Scheme Forum (PSF) and the WEEE Scheme Forum (WSF), we work to shape regulatory change, representing our members' and customers' interests wherever possible. Our committed team drives our influence as members of ISEP and CIWM and as proactive advocates for associations including RECOUP, WRAP, and OPRL. These close connections allow us to advance research, foster thought leadership, and influence the industry.

Through these partnerships, we strive to represent the best interests of our customers while championing meaningful regulatory advancements that benefit both businesses and the planet.
