By using the Beyondly Data Sphere to upload certain data relating to the products and packaging you supply (“Input Data”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You have the authority to accept all related terms on behalf of the organisation you represent.

The Data provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.

In supplying Data via the platform, you transfer ownership of all intellectual property rights in the Data to Beyondly, and you hereby warrant that you have all necessary rights in the Data to be able to transfer it to Beyondly free of all encumbrances.

Beyondly shall be entitled to use the Data as it wishes, including (without limitation) sharing with other users of the platform.

Beyondly will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Data Sphere platform is always available and uninterrupted, but does not warrant that the Data Sphere platform will always be available or uninterrupted, and gives no guarantees in relation to the same.

You will not use the Data Sphere platform in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these terms, or act fraudulently or maliciously, for example, by hacking into or inserting malicious code, such as viruses, or harmful data, into the Data Sphere platform.

Not infringe the Intellectual Property Rights subsisting in the Data Sphere platform.
