The evening was filled with well-deserved recognition for those raising the standard of wellbeing across UK workplaces, highlighting both innovation and dedication in this vital area.
"Best Physical Wellbeing Initiative was won by Beyondly, recognised for making physical wellbeing a core pillar of employee support.” said Matt Johnson, Award Host
At Beyondly, employee physical wellbeing is at the centre of everything we do. It is a fundamental element in our approach to being a Business for Good, supporting our staff to stay active as part of their role and as a result empowering them to feel more motivated to provide excellent customer service.
Our talent and culture leader, Lucy Boyes, told us about the evening and what this award win means at Beyondly “We're incredibly proud to have been recognised for our physical wellbeing initiatives with this prestigious award! At Beyondly, we know how much physical wellbeing also impacts our mental wellbeing and so we embed physical wellness into everyday life inside and outside of work through our steps challenges, our annual sporting challenge, couch to 5K teams, on-site Pilates & yoga classes, daily outdoor walks in our beautiful office surroundings, and monthly physical wellbeing allowance. Our physical wellbeing initiative encourages employees to push their fitness goals in whichever way best suits them, their abilities and their lifestyle. In return, we see a happier, healthier and more motivated team who are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients and supporting Beyondly's long-term success.”
Melanie Harper, Head of Brand, Marketing and Impact said “We are absolutely delighted to win ‘The Best Physical Wellbeing Initiative’ at the British Wellbeing Awards as we were up against such strong finalists. This is a brilliant recognition of our ongoing commitment to our people and the fantastic benefits we offer as part of our Health and Wellbeing programme, ensuring our people can become the best version of themselves.”
We are delighted to have won this award and receive recognition of the steps taken to make Beyondly a great place to work for our staff.
