Beyondly Exhibits At London Packaging Week 2025

On 15 & 16 October 2025, Beyondly exhibited at London Packaging Week, London’s Home of Packaging Innovation and Design, at the ExCeL exhibition and convention centre. The event helped to spark innovative ideas and creativity for thousands of brands with the help of packaging experts from across London and beyond.

Organised by Easyfairs and made up of four events dedicated to the luxury, beauty, drinks and FMCG markets, London Packaging Week provided a fantastic platform for Beyondly to showcase our packaging solutions for specific sectors, build connections with suppliers and brand owners, discuss pressing compliance and sustainability challenges, and uncover new opportunities for collaboration and partnerships. Our stand focused on two key themes: Packaging EPR and our compliance/data management service offering, and sustainability through our Sustainable Packaging service. Beyondly's Relationship Manager, Catherine Guy, commented, “Compliance has grown vastly across the last few years as more and more businesses futureproof themselves and are looking to work towards a more circular economy. Sustainability is huge, and we want to be that one-stop shop that will take businesses through all the areas they want to improve (and make changes) in to work towards either more cost-effective or environmentally beneficial solutions.

EPR is one of the biggest things to ever happen to the packaging industry and brings with it a new cost. We help businesses to not just work out their liability, but to actually understand the data behind that liability.”

Joining us at our bespoke exhibition stand to entertain visitors and qualify potential leads were close-up magicians Dean Leavy and Max Francis. The pair served as excellent networking facilitators and helped create a warm, approachable atmosphere at our stand, giving visitors an insight into who Beyondly are and what makes us unique. Our Director of Policy & Public Affairs, Alex Hilton, commented, “We’re pride ourselves on our customer service and our friendliness. This world can be very dry; packaging, WEEE, batteries, and sustainability can sometimes get very technical and not be very joyful. We can help by lightening that load, being a friendly face, but also making sure that companies are not falling down on the nuance of the regulations. We can help companies achieve the best outcome for them in terms of cost and the amount they have to pay PackUK.”

We were proud to co-sponsor the Luxury Stage and contribute to this year's broad and varied content programme with Prestige with Purpose: How EPR is reshaping luxury retail. Alex joined the panel of experts (Helen Hughes, Sustainability Director at Design Bridge and Partners; Yvonne Isherwood, Head of Product and Packaging Design at Fortnum & Mason; Charlotte Keesing, Director of Corporate Affairs & International at Walpole; and Aastha Sethi, Head of Sustainability at Boots) to explore how London’s luxury sector is navigating EPR compliance while preserving the craftsmanship, experience, and exclusivity that define luxury.

London Packaging Week reported a record visitor growth this year (15% y-o-y), with 5,752 visitors from leading brands in attendance! This clearly demonstrates the event’s growing presence and positive impact across the packaging industry. Next year's event will take place slightly earlier in the year in September, with over 200 suppliers expected to attend.

Our team had a brilliant time connecting with some exciting global brands and helping them tackle today’s business challenges – particularly EPR and RAM requirements – while reducing costs and environmental impact through more sustainable packaging.
