Beyondly shortlisted in International Customer Experience Awards 2020
We’re delighted to announce our third awards success this year so far, having now been shortlisted as a finalist at the International Customer Experience Awards 2020 in the Employee Empowerment category
The International Customer Experience Awards is a global program and with entrants from all over the world, these awards celebrate the incredible work done by customer experience professionals from companies large and small. With a coveted Gold Awards Trust Mark from the Independent Awards Standards Council for the second year running, The International Customer Experience Award entry process has rigor and high standards built in.
Our entry for the Employee Empowerment category centres around our long-term and ongoing company objectives to become an 'Employer of Choice' and 'Best Place to Work'. To support the achievement of these objectives, we have implemented a number of initiatives to fully empower our employees to be the best they can be in all areas of their lives and foster a high-performing, fully participative culture; hence we felt this category was a perfect fit.
Some of these initiatives include, a high-performance reward framework, personal development plans for all staff, annual review and strategy day organised and delivered by non-management employees and fully flexible working hours which empowers employees to work in a location and during hours that they are at their most productive, to name just a few.
In terms of the positive impacts to the business so far as a result of these initiatives, a few of these are that employee turnover has decreased in the last 4 years from 47% to 16%, sickness absence is below 1% in the last 4 years and 100% of employees agree that Comply Direct is a great place to work (results from 2020 employee engagement survey).
The Awards organiser said: “The standard of competition has been exceptionally high, so huge congratulations on this fantastic achievement.”
The Awards Finals and Ceremony will take place on 19 November via an online platform.
