WEEE & Batteries Environment Agency Fees Inflation Increase
In 2025, The Environment Agency announced plans to increase service charges under the Waste (Miscellaneous) (England) Charging Scheme 2018 by 7.5%, following a consultation. Fees increases are now confirmed for the 2026 compliance year in line with inflation.
Note; these only apply to companies with a registered address in England.
The revised fees impact WEEE and Batteries Producer Compliance Scheme charges and producer registration fees.
Environment Agency WEEE fees from 01.04.26:
