Our customers are at the heart of everything we do here at Beyondly, and we place the upmost priority on our customer service and retention. In 2023 our NPS (net promoter score) was 67 which is testament to our quality service and customer focus. We feel our customer service sets us apart from our competitors and are proud to say we are the only compliance scheme to hold the CSE accreditation.

The company has achieved We invest in people platinum accreditation, and We invest in wellbeing gold accreditation. Only 5% of IIP accredited businesses have attained the platinum standard, making this a significant milestone for Beyondly.
Health and Safety
Providing adequate health and safety to our employees is our highest priority, which is why we fully comply with all health and safety standards including the Health and Safety at Work Act and Fire Safety Order and we regularly educate staff on the importance of health and safety.
Beyondly is committed to supporting the charitable sector each year. We proudly offer employees the chance to boost their fundraising efforts for any individual charity events they take part in throughout the year by offering matched funding up to the value of £250 per employee per year.
