Marking 20-Years with YDMT Woodland Dedication
Beyondly has a longstanding partnership with local charity Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust (YDMT), supporting its work through corporate volunteering for nature restoration and funding impactful projects via Beyondly’s Fund for Change programme. Through this initiative, Beyondly commits 5% of its net profit to charitable causes and community projects that deliver a positive impact for people and the planet.
2026 commemorates two decades in business for Beyondly, and as part of this milestone, the company wanted to build further on its positive impact work for the environment and local communities. In line with Beyondly’s commitment to giving back to nature through tree planting in the UK and globally, expanding their Beyondly Forest project with a woodland close to its Skipton offices presented the perfect opportunity to further support YDMT’s work and mark this significant anniversary.
Located at Blaithwaite Farm in Giggleswick, within the North Yorkshire parish of Lawkland, the woodland creation funded by Beyondly comprises 400 native broadleaf trees and 160 metres of native hedgerow.
This location has also brought the project full circle. In December 2025, the Beyondly team volunteered alongside YDMT at the Blaithwaite site, helping to plant woodland and hedgerow to create wildlife corridors between existing woodland areas and enhancing biodiversity. In the years ahead, the Beyondly team will continue to support woodland management where needed, helping to maintain the site and ensure the new woodland establishes and thrives.
