Beyondly on journey to B Corp certification

Business for good

We have always operated as and continually focused on being a business for good; recognising and advocating the importance of working in a socially responsible manner toward our stakeholders; including customers, suppliers, employees and our wider community.

We take pride in practising a transparent business approach alongside maintaining honesty and integrity, which we believe are paramount principles to assure premium quality service delivery and to achieve our business growth ambitions.

To underpin our business ethos, we are incredibly excited to be on our journey to B Corp certification, and as part of this, we aspire to harness the power of the businesses we proudly work with to positively impact our planet.

This process requires us to measure our complete social and environmental performance. From supply chain and input materials to charitable giving and employee benefits, B Corp certification verifies that a business is meeting high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. As we navigate the changing environmental legislative landscape, B Corp will support in shaping our strategic direction.

We have already made significant headway, currently at the verification queue stage of our B Corp journey and will be keeping our website up to date with the latest developments regarding our application, so keep an eye out here to follow our progress.

Our vision, purpose, and values

A fundamental development as part of our B Corp journey was the reform of our business vision, purpose and values. This was one of our first steps along the path to aligning our business approach, operations, key focuses, and company objectives with the B Corp culture and aims, and the whole Beyondly team had input in creating these revised statements.

The Beyondly vision, purpose and values have always been truly embedded in all that we do, and these changes are representative of the natural evolution of our business. However, Beyondly's Director of Talent, Culture & Operations, Jessica Aldersley, stated it is key to note that our new statements are “testament to the strength of our original vision, purpose and values and many sentiments of these remain in our updated versions”.

Our reformed vision, purpose and values are as follows…

Our Vision

A better, fairer, sustainable world for all.

Our Purpose

Beyondly leads, inspires and educates to positively impact society and the environment.

Our Values

  • Trust
  • Commitment
  • Respect
  • Passion
  • Innovation

We have transformative plans upcoming for our business in 2022 and beyond, so will be keeping our customers and website up to date as appropriate with the latest developments regarding this, including our B Corp application progress.

We look forward to sharing this and further demonstrating the benefits for organisations of partnering and collaborating with Beyondly to fulfil environmental requirements and improve our collective impact on the planet.

We are passionate about ensuring our business positively impacts all, as well as inspiring other organisations to adopt the same culture, so we can collaboratively make our world the best place it can be.

Many of our customers are already B Corp accredited, including Ella's Kitchen Group, Rude Health Foods, Wholebake and Rowlinson Knitwear, and we are proud to be working towards joining them on the B Corp movement.
